You're automatically added to our waitlist with position tracking. When someone cancels, you're promoted immediately with a notification. Our system maintains fairness with first-come, first-served waitlist management.
We offer a 30-minute grace period. If you miss it, you can reschedule to the next available trip at no extra cost, or request a full refund. Our pickup locations have secure storage for early drop-offs.
We follow strict food safety guidelines with insulated bags and temperature monitoring. Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, firearms, perishable dairy, raw meat, and anything requiring refrigeration during transport. Full guidelines provided upon signup.
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. After that, 50% refund if driver hasn't collected your package. Full refund if we fail to deliver on time. Process typically takes 3-5 business days.
